America a land of freedom for one and all,regardless of race,creed or color. Founded upon sound Biblical principles established by our "Constitution"and the "Bill of Rights",both written by God fearing men who truly believed in "Almighty God"and the premise that all men are created equal.The term men as used here refers to mankind and includes women. The problem with America today is that we have strayed from the Biblical principles upon which our Nation was originally founded.America today is on a slippery slope sliding into something other than what She was established to be by Biblical principles and both the "Constitution" and "The Bill of Rights",if the founding fathers could see what America has become today they would be both dismayed and disappointed in what the American leaders and the American people have allowed our great nation to become,and if it were possible for them to have a glimpse they would probably roll over in their grave and weep for America.Of course this is my personal opinion and may not be shared by a lot of people today.The down hill slide began with the removal of prayer,the Bible and God from our public schools and public places.The greatest enemy of America today is failure to recognize and honor the God of the Bible,Jesus Christ.No other religion or belief is under attack as is Jesus Christ and Christianity.What people fail to realize is that Christianity is not a religion,it is a personal relationship with a person named Jesus Christ,the creator and God of all that is or will ever be.God the Father,God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The Seven Fold Shedding of Blood by Jesus Christ.
The number seven is important as a symbol rather than a number.It is used almost 600 times in the Bible,and is the
number which symbolically represents a finished work or completeness.One good example of seven representing
something that has been finished can be found in the book of Genesis.This is where we learn that the Lord created
the earth in seven days(Gen.2:2).Seven is comprised of the numbers three and four,three symbolically represents
perfection as the Godhead or Trinity of the Father,Son and Holy Spirit.It also represents the resurrection power over
sin.The number four represents the earth,creation as seen in the four winds;four seasons;and four corners of the
the earth.So when we put three and four together in the number seven;we can see that it shows the Heavenly and
earthly things together in unity.Jesus bleeding seven times is no accident.Through His shedding of His blood we
have forgiveness of sins and eternal salvation.The seven times or places that Jesus shed His blood are as follows.
1st.Place: In the garden of Gethsemane,where His sweat was as great drops of blood.(Lk.22:44).Covers fear.
2nd.Place:Pulling out of His beard.Face Covers personal attacks which we might face.
3rd.Place: Flogging of His Back. Covers our physical healing,by His stripes we are healed.
4th.Place: Crown of thorns on His Head.Covers the sins of the world, all of the evil thoughts that enter our mind.
5th.Place:Nails in His Hands.Covers the things we do,also shows the power of laying on of hands in His name.
6th.Place: Nail in His Feet.Covers where we go in our walk for Him.
7th.Place: Spear piercing His Side.Blood and Water flowed forth,power to overcome the enemy.
Old Testament sacrifice required that all of the blood be shed.Jesus in His seven-fold shedding of His blood met
all of the Old Testament requirements by shedding every drop of His blood.Anything less would have been a
partial shedding and therefore it would not be a perfect sacrifice.Praise God for His perfect gift of love,His only
begotten Son Jesus Christ.Thank you Jesus for the shedding of your precious blood for me and all of the rest of

Post script: There is a medical condition known as Hematidrosis which is caused by great emotional stress.The
blood vessels surrounding the sweat glands burst and sweat mixed with blood comes forth.Jesus sweated blood!

Isaiah 53:5- But He was wounded for our transgressions,He was bruised for our iniquities: The chastisement of our peace was upon Him:and with His we are.
A wound is a penetration of ones flesh resulting in outward bleeding,whereas a bruise is the result of a severe blow to the body
resulting in inward bleeding.Since sins are of two classes,(1) sins of commission, which are those we commit and are
easily seen because they are outward actions and require the outward bleeding to cover them.(2)Sins of omission are those which are not seen and are known only to you and God.They are inward sins and required the inward
bleeding to cover them.Transgressions represent the sins of omission and iniquities represent the outward
sins of commission and iniquities represent the sins of omission.Jesus sacrifice and shedding of His precious blood on the Cross of Calvary was sufficient to cover all sin.Most Christians put a lot of effort into not committing sin and
very little effort into sins of omission.James 4:17-Therefore to him that knoweth to do good,and doeth it not,to him
it is sin.
